Hi friends! I am so excited to be sharing my first project from using products from the brand new collection from Keep It Simple Paper Crafts - Chore Gnomes! If you are like me and hate housework, this collection is MADE FOR YOU! It is full of adorable stamps, dies, papers and die-cut embellishments.
To create this fun card, I started with one of the patterned papers from the Chore Gnomes 6x6 Paper Pack. I chose to stick with primary colors, so I die-cut a piece of yellow card stock using the Envelope Edger Dies from Whimsy Stamps. I inked the edges of both with navy ink and I adhered them to a panel of navy cardstock.
I wrapped the panel in navy twine and tied a loppy bow, attaching the tag at the same time. I die-cut a two circles - one stitched circle from white cardstock and a scalloped circle from red cardstock and adhered them together. I popped the cute little vaccuuming gnome from the Chore Gnomes Die-Cut Pieces up on foam squares.
I stamped the sentiment in navy ink and I die-cut it using the Tasteful Labels Die from Stampin' Up. I also die-cut the same label twice each from yellow and red, so that I could back the sentiment panel with two of each color and then I popped it up on the card front with foam squares. To finish, I added some Dew Drops.
I am absolutely in love with this collection and I hope you are too!
