Hi friends! Recently, I was asked to create some cards for a young man who has been ill for quite a while. This was a perfect opportunity for me to dig into some of my Fandom sets and put them to use!
For the first card, I colored in our shield-wielding hero using my Copic markers.
I had some superhero themed papers left over from a project I did for my office last year that were just begging to be used on this card. I used lots of layers and die-cuts for the front of the card.
I didn't have just the right sentiment to use so I found a free superhero font online and using one of the sentiments in the stamp set, I modified it slightly on my computer and printed out my inside panel.
For the second card, I used the big green guy, again coloring him with Copics. Isn't he the cutest? I just love him!
I used a different paper from the same pack of leftovers. This time, I wanted to add a shaker element, so I used a few of the star dies from the Kindred Stamps Card Basics Dies to create my shaker.
For the sentiment, I used the same font, but this time I reached out to a friend to help me come up with a saying to use. I think he knocked it outta the park!
I can't wait to play with some more of the stamps from this set! I really had a great time creating with them!
I hope you found something to inspire you! Thanks for stopping by!
Xoxo,
Kim
